Here are five great shoulder exercises that you can do at home with just a set of dumbbells:
- Standing DB Shoulder Press
- DB Lateral Raise
- DB Front Raise
- DB Row with External Rotation
- Rear Delt DB Fly
You might be used to doing some of these exercises seated, but standing will increase the amount of core activation and stabilisation required to perform the movement effectively.
Also, if you have limited resistance at home i.e. light weights, doing these exercises standing is an effective way to make them more taxing.
