An explosive power developing exercise for the legs
- Again, no need for any equipment here ! just strong legs ...
- Begin by crossing your arms in front of you and squat down low.
- From your deep squat, leap upwards and forwards pushing off both feet at the same time. Get as much air time as possible !
- On landing, soak up the impact by bending the knees and returning to your deep squat position. Keep jumping, get into a rhythm and complete 20 frog hops !
